Under 12 Girls

ERJFC Under 11’s program is the first year of Junior competition football for boys and Under 12 for girls. Players will start to be graded, based on their current levels of development and what is best to optimise their football.

The introduction of competitive football mean ladders and scoring are introduced, this proves a sense competition where players are taught to win and lose with good sportsmanship.

The coaches will seek to maximise player game time, and rotate players through each zone on the ground (Forward, Back, Mid) to ensure every player has the opportunity to further develop all aspects of their game, gain confidence and be a part of a positive team environment.
